Considering giving up your dog or cat?
Animal Rescues are in Crisis
All rescue organisations in the U.K. are currently in crisis due to the numbers of dogs and cats currently being surrendered.
All our dogs and cats are in private foster homes, not kennels or catteries. We rarely have immediate foster places available. We usually have a waiting list of pets needing foster spaces.
If your dog has significant training or behavioural needs and/or a bite history, we are unlikely to be able to take your dog at this time.
All incoming dogs are subject to an assessment to ensure that an appropriate foster home is found and for the safety of our volunteers.
We request vet history and require your consent for this. If your dog or cat is not neutered, vaccinated or microchipped we may ask you to complete this or donate towards this before taking your pet.
If we agree to rehome your pet we will seek to find an appropriate foster home for them. The time this takes varies and depends entirely on the needs of the individual pet.
If you are considering surrendering your pet please complete the below surrender form in as much detail as possible.
We try to help every dog and cat we can, however we are a small charity run entirely by volunteers.
