Phoenix Rehoming was founded in 2016. The charity is predominantly based in Hampshire but we do adopt and foster dogs and cats across England and Wales. The entire team is staffed by volunteers who give their time for free. This means every penny we received goes directly to helping dogs and cats. 

We are proud to provide care and support for every Phoenix dog and cat throughout their lives and we are here to support and advise our Adopters and Foster Carers.  

We promise that; 

• Every Phoenix dog and cat will receive the highest standard of care and welfare.
• Our dogs and cats will be found loving homes which are appropriate for their needs by a thorough assessment of their behaviour and needs. 
• Every Phoenix dog and cat will be vet checked, microchipped, vaccinated and treated for internal and external parasites. 
• No Phoenix dog or cat will be euthanised unless that it the only humane option to alleviate suffering and/or there is a serious risk to public safety.  
• We will support our fosterers and adopters so they can be assured that the best help and advice is always available to them.
