10 month old collie x terrier type mix Douglas is a snuggly, gentle boy. He needs a house with another dog as he can be nervous, but is also really loving once he knows you.

He absolutely loves other dogs and is always friendly towards them. He will bark at scary things, including new people in the house, but calms down very quickly with reassurance.

He is good outside on the lead and is gradually improving his recall with the help of treats! His foster family are slowly working to bring him off the lead in secure paddocks. They can cat test him if needed too.

Doug can be left at home (with another dog) for a few hours and is nicely housetrained.
His ‘work ons’ are just around his confidence, which is sometimes great, and other times lacking. Wth reassurance and consistency he is a delight.

Nb: Doug is nervous of the car at the moment, so walking nearby is currently a plus.
